The Wimmera community will have the opportunity to directly ask questions to experts about one of the world's largest rare earth mineral mining projects.
In October, Donald Mineral Sands scheduled three Community Walk-in Information Sessions about the planned Donald Rare Earth and Mineral Sands Project (Donald Project) near Minyip.
The project, about 15km northeast of Minyip, is one of the world's largest known zircon, titanium resources and significant quantities of rare earth elements.
Donald Mineral Sands chief executive Tiger Brown said the organisation is committed to open dialogue with the Wimmera community.

"These sessions are an opportunity for residents to learn about the project, ask questions, and share their perspectives," he said.
"We value community input as we develop this significant project, which promises many benefits for the region."
Mr Brown said the community sessions are for people to learn more about the project's potential benefits and impacts, ask questions and give feedback.
The project aims to create more than 500 jobs, stimulate economic growth, and contribute to critical minerals' national and global supply.
The sessions will run in Donald, Minyip and Rupanyup.
October 10: Donald Soldiers Memorial Hall, 35 McCulloch Street, Donald, 3-6pm.
October 11: Minyip Senior Citizens, 72 Main Street, Minyip, 3-6pm.
October 12: Rupanyup Community Centre, 25 Gibson St, Rupanyup, 10am-1pm
Attendees should receive accurate, up-to-date information about the project with detailed project information displays.
The CEO said project experts would be available for one-on-one discussions with the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback.
